Job Summary

Primary responsibilities are to supervise office employees and work with clinical operations and program development

Job Responsibilities

Supervisory/ HR-functions

Supervisory authority for select non-clinical staff in specific roles. Recruits, on boards, orients and ensures ongoing compliance for their staff. Gather situational information and presents findings to supervisor/AD (and HR Business Partner as needed); collaborative decision making and implementation of plans with supervisor/AD.


Clinical Operations

Active team member in Divisional clinical projects -Owner of processes/ day-to-day clinical operations in specific program(s).


Program Development/ Marketing

Takes direction from Administrator to oversee program development and marketing goals. Coordinates Divisional/ Programmatic logistical tasks (i.e. conferences, contact lists).

Required Education and Experience

Required Education: Bachelors of/in business, health administration or related field required. 3-5 years related healthcareexperiencerequired. 


RequiredExperience: Previous supervisory experiencerequired.

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

Preferred Education: Masters of/in business, health administration or related field preferred.

Additional Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in standard office applications, especially spreadsheets.

  • Ability to analyze, plan, and implement new ideas. 

  • Demonstrated strong leadership potential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
