Job Summary: Provides direct medical care and management for patients. Supervises clinical practices of office including physician extenders. Promotes the goals and objectives of the Center and System.
Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited medical school with current licensure under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a member of the UPMC Pinnacle Medical Staff. Board eligible physician must become board certified within three years from date of hire. Board certification must be maintained. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may berequired.
Preferred Qualifications: Board certification or board eligibility in a primary care specialty is preferred. One or more years primary care experience is desirable
