Job Description
In Jackson, Missouri, 65 Prime Plus by Mercy is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Physician with a specific interest in building relationships, wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only, no call position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Our 65 Prime Plus by Mercy team consists of 2 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

65 Prime Plus by Mercy highlights:
- Value-based care offering time with patients and the ability to build trusting relationships
- 30 minute - 1 hour appointment slots for all patients
- Managing a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
- Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and support
- In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters - annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
- Exceptional work/life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers
- Administration dedicated to reducing physician burnout
- No holidays, weekends, or evenings
This position offers:
- Integrated health system with a competitive income guarantee and productivity-based model. Compensation will include a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives. Your annual earnings are not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs; this allows you to focus on relationships as well as time with patients
