Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
Daily Patient Volume: 7-15 patients
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 visits
Salary- $65,000-$70,000 per year for new graduates
- $80,000-$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience
Preferred Work Schedule OptionsOption 1: Four 10-Hour Days- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday-Friday Schedule- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Daily Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and identify therapy needs related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, mobility training, and functional activities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and safe activity changes
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate documentation using WebPT
- Coordinate care with PTAs and fellow clinical team members
- Support patients in improving independence, function, and return to daily routines
Requirements- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
- Ability to work professionally with patients across a wide age range
