Job Description:

You’ll join a team dedicated to improving care and innovating in the digital space. We’re looking for a pharmacist with a dedicated passion for excellence who can help us revolutionize how healthcare is delivered. Specifically, we are looking for our founding pharmacist who will lead us through building our own national pharmacy from the ground up.

You’ll join our Clinical team owning several responsibilities including, but not limited to, dispensing, assessing prescriptions and the like to deliver best in class user experience. Your role is critical to scaling our business.

What you’ll do -- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Verify order entries
Dispense medications
Remove expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory
Ensure legal compliance in the pharmacy, reviewing labels, doses, and procedures
Monitor customers’ drug therapies, intervening when necessary
Keep accurate customer records and inventory reporting
Manage the pharmacy's inventory, staff, and budget
Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Adhere to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice
Perform other administrative tasks when needed

Requirements:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s / Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
1600+ hours of experience, at least 2 years of traditional pharmacy practice
30+ hours of CE in the past 2 years
Licensure:
Valid New York State-issued Pharmacist license in good standing
Association of Boards of Pharmacy/National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NABP/NCPDP) number
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number
National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
Qualifications
You demonstrate an ability to think analytically and deduct clinical insights
You are proactive, organized, detail-oriented and a natural multi-tasker
You have strong communication skills, verbal and written
You are never satisfied with the status quo -- you stop at nothing to deliver unparalleled service
Spanish-speaking is a plus
