Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Director, Assistant Director, and Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, prepares and dispenses medication and drug information in accordance with pharmacy laws/regulations and Hospital/Department policies to ensure appropriate drug therapy as it relates to a specific patient. This includes theassessment and interpretation of age-specific data where necessary. Follows Providence Hospitals' Mission, Vision, and Values.
*Education: BS degree in Pharmacy from accredited school.*Licensure/Certification: Active licensure by SC Board of Pharmacy.*Professional Experience: One or more years’ experience in hospital pharmacy or as hospital pharmacy studentdesired. Internal training/orientation of 8 weeks minimum.
