The Pharmacist is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating pharmaceutical care.
This consists of, but is not limited to, reviewing all medication orders, preparing and dispensing such medications (including chemotherapy, total parenteral nutrition, Intravenous and Oral Formulations), monitoring outcomes, and providing drug information services to other health care professionals.
The Pharmacist also assumes the responsibility for the delegation of pharmaceutical care when appropriate to other members of the Pharmacy team.

B.S. form an Accredited College of Pharmacy
1-2 years related experience, hospital setting preferred
