Lead the development and implementation of strategies, including pricing, policy attributes, and customer retention, related to automobile, homeowners, renters and other personal lines and lead the improvement of current products and planning, development and introduction of new products to enhance customers experiences and profitable business growth.

 

Activities:

 

*** Lead: development and implementation of strategies related to existing insurance business and new business; and insurance product innovation.

 

*** Guide and oversee product management team, including creating, defining, and executing the product strategy and roadmap.

 

*** Maintain compliance and good relationships with state regulators and oversee state rate filings.

 

*** Evaluate and implement financial adjustments by individual state marketplaces to maintain profitability.

 

*** Strategize and collaborate: With actuarial to improve risk rating through enhancements to rating algorithms and; With underwriting and claims to improve marketing, underwriting and loss control processes.

 

Requires familiarity with multivariate modeling; standard industry software tools; and Department of Insurance filings and compliance in California.

 

Generous compensation to $120,000 with end of year bonus.
