A successful Personal Lines Account Manager for our client would be described as an individual who welcomes complete responsibility for the servicing of personal lines clients. This includes promptly and enthusiastically engaging customers with the specific intent of capturing, analyzing, and understanding the customer?s needs and making competent and thoughtful recommendations. Servicing the customer entails working on their behalf to capture complete and accurate data and to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to insured?s, sales representatives, and insurance companies regarding those accounts. As an attentive service provider you will develop a thorough knowledge of your accounts, will build lasting relationships and become a critical liaison between the insured and the other departments within the agency. The following experience/credentials will receive expedited processing:
- 2+ years of Agency Personal Lines CSR/Account Management experience
- An active FL 4-40 License
- A desire to learn, promote oneself and to seek continuing education
- Experience cross selling diversified products
