Personal Auto Insurance Project Manager - Claims Operations
Provide internal direction, leadership, and accountability for project management activities across claims system.
*** Develop and maintain detailed project plans to achieve Operations division strategic goals.
*** Perform cost and benefit analysis.
*** Develop and implement key metrics to measure and report progress, including monitoring operating performance against regional and national benchmarks.
*** Assist team members in resolving project problems, escalating issues when necessary.
*** Identify trends and process improvement opportunities across departments within operations.
*** Assure quality of information through business case and application level testing, and validate test results.
*** Develop change management and implementation strategies and ensure participating parties commit to new processes and procedures.
*** Implement standard project documentation methodology and project tracking and reporting procedures.
