Privilege Underwriters, Inc. is the insurance holding company dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for responsible high net worth individuals and families that are members of Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE). We are seeking a dynamic marketer to become a valued, integral part of the PURE Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in driving demand across Performance Marketing channels, with an emphasis on direct mail. The position will report to the AVP of Channel Marketing, and will be based out of our White Plains, NY office.
What You’ll Do
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified demand for PURE. In partnering with other team members, both within the marketing team and the broader organization, they will ensure that the most compelling content reaches the right audience, at the right time, and offers a frictionless path for the prospects to respond.
Development of a scalable, sustainable direct-to-consumer marketing program in a highly-segmented, omni-channel environment.
Own the direct mail roadmap and define our overall strategy including data acquisition, audience segmentation, creative testing, customer journey optimization, etc.
Manage various marketing campaign elements including creative brief development, production, targeting, list selection, fulfillment, tracking and pre/post analysis
Builds milestones, mail plans, matrices and test/control methodology using strong quantitative/analytical skills
Bring thought leadership in direct mail production and list building, allowing for rapid delivery of personalized content, all while serving as a conduit between our data and print vendors.
Demonstrates mastery in the direct mail implementation. This includes strategic thought leadership in medium, audience segmentation, dynamic content implementation, audience list management, production processes, and analytics
Advances innovative operations that enables the transfer of data across databases and end points (including print vendors, digital onboarders, etc.) for integrating marketing execution
Develops new perspectives and innovative approaches to elevate our data driven marketing programs.
Leverages other team members with functional expertise to help shape these new strategies.
Actively monitors performance and proactively manages optimizations
Educates cross functional business partners about direct mail best practices
8+ years developing and executing highly scalable direct marketing programs, including experience with Direct Mail execution
3+ years experience in an omni-channel environment, connecting strategies and content across channels
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Highly collaborative with internal and external partners (creative, digital, print production and analytical teams) to execute deliverables according to project timelines and within budget
Enthusiastic and intellectually curious about how to innovate across channels
Self-starter and eager to learn and grow skills
Ability to act with a sense of urgency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
