Your mission:

Be the ultimate growth hacker—optimize all touch points once a prospect reaches the website to drive new demand and accelerate revenue growth.

You’ll take a data driven approach to analyze the funnel and improve the web journey. Increase conversions through A/B site testing, intelligent retargeting and dynamic email communications. Be the Marketing owner accountable for changes and expansion of the website, and defining the performance metrics. By doing all this, you’ll foster a culture of constant experimentation and build a growth engine in collaboration with search, display and email channel specialists.

What you'll be doing: 

  1. Deliver sustained growth in acquisitions by optimizing the web journey and improving conversion rates
  2. Develop a deep understanding of how prospects interact across the website and drop off points in the funnel
  3. Use data to design, implement and measure ongoing A/B tests across the website and signup flow
  4. Develop a strategy to engage visitors outside the website through coordinated retargeting and email campaigns, partner with others in Marketing to implement
  5. Define, analyze and synthesize key performance metrics for the website
  6. Work with x-functional teams to evolve and maintain the web experience on desktop and mobile
  7. Research and advocate for the right website technology to scale performance and meet marketing needs

What you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience optimizing and managing websites and digitalcampaigns
  • Strong understanding of multivariate testing practices
  • Deep knowledge of website technologies such as Optimizely or Unbounce
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams and being the bridge between web developers and Marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing towards relevant KPIs
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a growth mindset and a bias for speed without compromising on quality
