About the Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving efficient client acquisition through digital efforts including but not limited to paid advertising, website updates and content. Working with the VP of Marketing, this role will build and optimize all performance marketing channels as well develop attribution methodologies, regular reporting and analysis. While the primary focus will be on optimizing and allocating spend across paid channels (ex. search and paid social), this role will also help manage organic efforts and website optimization. This role will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to understand the customer path and conversion by channel.
