- Drive acquisitions through PLA channel and accelerate user growth.
- Drive ideation, prioritization, and execution of emerging acquisition channels.
- Test, optimize, and grow strategic parts of channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Product, and Marketing to execute on the user growth plans.
- Assess channel and campaign performance, design and analyze tests, and optimize investments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product listing ads (PLA) or search engine marketing (SEM) or similar role.
- Experience delivering against timelines.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead.
- Ability to scope and manage a set of diverse projects.
