Responsibilities


  • Drive acquisitions through PLA channel and accelerate user growth.
  • Drive ideation, prioritization, and execution of emerging acquisition channels.
  • Test, optimize, and grow strategic parts of channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Product, and Marketing to execute on the user growth plans.
  • Assess channel and campaign performance, design and analyze tests, and optimize investments.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product listing ads (PLA) or search engine marketing (SEM) or similar role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering against timelines.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead.
  • Ability to scope and manage a set of diverse projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
