Vise is looking for an extraordinary performance marketer to help drive new user growth through paid channels. As a founding member of the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating a cohesive paid marketing strategy, helping build and manage campaigns across a variety of channels, and working with cross functional teams to support Vise’s core product and business. This is an excellent role for candidates that are excited about using their skills alongside a strong marketing team to build one of the largest businesses in finance.
Our office is located in One World Trade in NYC. We are remote-optional until March 31, 2021 and continuing to monitor Covid-19 trends.
What you will own
Help support acquisition campaigns on offline and online channels including search, display, mobile, TV, direct mail, and other
Manage social media advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
Deeply understand customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle
Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
Create experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness
Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs
Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results
Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met
Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Creative to meet ambitious growth targets
What you will bring on Day 1
Minimum of 5-10 years of related performance/growth marketing experience, preferably in fintech
Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
Strong analytical ability
Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
A passion for marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out
