The Performance Manager is responsible for providing leadership in quality assurance, productivity, training, and daily operations of specialized areas within the Business Office. The position will oversee the team members who specialize in Secondary Business Office (SBO) functions, bad debt, bankruptcy, probate, complex estimates, and charity, and is responsible for analysis and strategic design of processes in order to improve epartment's performance. The Performance Manager serves as a resource and provides support to supervisors and their team members to ensure the Business Office and Patient Account Resolution meet or exceed departmental and organizational goals through ongoing staff education and training. The position will play an active role in the supervisory functions of hiring, evaluating, coaching and counseling staff.
