The Performance Improvement Project Manager manages small to medium sized performance improvement initiatives as well as the design, development, and implementation of Process Improvement Programs across the Hospital, and is accountable for achieving excellence in these areas to create measureable, sustainable change. This position also works with Performance Improvement Analysts on assignments, and manages the analytic approach to meet project objectives.Essential Functions
