Teads is seeking a motivated Performance Account Executive to join the growing team in Chicago. As a Performance Account Executive for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our new product and offering. This role will directly report to the Director of Performance Sales, Midwest.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Working closely with the Teads Chicago team on opportunities within our existing client base, and hunting for new business within the region
- Setting clear, honest, and realistic expectations with clients on the expected outcomes for each new campaign
- Expertly identifying client challenges with intelligent discovery questioning and prescriptive solution selling
- Collaborating with the Account Management & Ad Ops teams to manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create up-sell opportunities
- Selling in Managed Service, Self-Serve and Programmatic (3rd Party DSP) campaigns optimizing to Mid and Lower Funnel KPIs
- Sharing field intelligence and previous experience to regional team to improve and grow the performance offering
- Presenting QBRs / Analyzing campaign performances, issues and optimization opportunities
Experience/Background
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge in Performance Advertising strategy, operations, optimization, troubleshooting
- Deep knowledge of Programmatic; DSP campaign set up, performance optimization and SSP operations
- Deep understanding of attribution and analytics tools
- Network and contact list within performance marketing teams at agencies and brands direct in Chicago
- Understanding of Teads inRead USP and opportunity for performance clients
- Prior digital media experience within mobile and video, ideally with biddable/programmatic background
- Strong new business and new product sales skills
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
