Overview

Highstreet has an opportunity for a PeopleSoft Functional Lead to join our team.  We seek a FSCM specialist who is well versed in new full life cycle implementations and upgrades of PeopleSoft modules. 

PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM Upgrade from PS version 9.1 to 9.2. New functionality within modules will be evaluated during requirements. Modules currently in production: Account Receivable, Account Payable, Asset Management, Billing, Expenses, General Ledger, Grant Mgt, Project Costing, Treasury, Cash Mgt, eProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Mobile Inventory. 

 

Responsibilities

 

Position Information

Job Description – Major Functions & Duties:

• Provide business process and PeopleSoft 9.2 expertise

• Provide input to scope and requirements

• Communicate table and view changes between PeopleSoft 9.1 and 9.2 to support interface, extension, customization, retrofitting activities performed by development team

• Preparation of any required functional design specifications or documents

• Lead fit gap sessions to ensure utmost quality in deliverable

• Facilitate configuration and setup related to 9.2 features/functionality

• Build out test scenarios

• Coordinate testing with other users

• Perform application configuration as needed

• Review and ensure final changes are tested prior to implementation

• Work with change resources on organizational change impacts

• Develop process documentation and assist in knowledge transfer documentation

 

 

Qualifications

Experience (must have):

 

·        Functional PS 9.2experience in the Financials modules (Purchasing/ePro).  

·        Previous PS 9.2 upgrade experience at health care organizations.

·        Strong knowledge of and adherence to functional and development standards (including documentation, testing, migration procedures) and implementing best practices.

·        Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

·        Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

·        Demonstrate solid leadership qualities and take ownership of assigned tasks.

·        Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion  

·        Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities.

·        Capacity to work well independently, as well as in a team, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and foster a team environment.

·        Strong knowledge of and adherence to functional and development standards (including documentation, testing, migration procedures) and implementing best practices.

·        Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

·        Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
