The People Services Manager, People & Brand, manages the HR portfolio and project resource planning; delivers priority projects, and is responsible for HR data analytics and insights for PEMCO. The People Services Manager is also responsible to work across HR teams to ensure an aligned, uniform employee experience for the Portal and other digital experiences under Human Resources.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager with strong communications, planning, process engineering, and analytic skills to innovate, influence, transform, inspire and drive growth for PEMCO.
Your role will be to manage the HR project and process schedule and budget aligned to strategy, vision, values and mission. You will influence operations with an eye toward the overall enterprise talent management framework. You will manage dependencies across the PEMCO ecosystem and ensure HR program delivery. You will lead select projects and tasks to enable HR Leadership and strategy delivery.
