Other Job Requirements
Masters or PhD in Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Psychology, Management/Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related fields (Economics, Statistics), or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in research methodology and multivariate statistical analysis to conduct empirical research, develop models and tools, practical implementation.
Advanced working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, R or other statistical analysis software. SQL and Tableau a plus.
Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
Demonstrated consulting skills, strong customer focus in a complex business environment.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to quickly learn new software applications and concepts as needed.
