Title Resource Group (TRG) is a driving force in the title, settlement services and underwriting industry. We are national in scope, but each of our companies are locally staffed, with a wealth of experience in settlement services. We operate in 48 states as well as District of Columbia, and provide closing services in all 50. Within our Harrisburg, PA office we are looking to add a Title Production Manager. This role will be responsible for managing our Pennsylvania Title Servicing Company’s Title Examiners and Title Abstractors that support Title Resources’ Agent Clients, this will both direct offices and independent agents.
In addition to managing this team the PA Production Manager will work with internal and external groups to refine workflow processes to improve quality and productivity of the Pennsylvania Title Search process. In addition, the PA Production Manager will work with the internal IT department to continue to develop the title search software solution, which will include system integrations with third party software providers.
A HS diploma or equivalency is required, college degreepreferred. Ten (10) years experience in Real Estate/Settlement Industry. Must have thorough knowledge of title insurance rates and rules for all states licensed and be abreast of all current developments in rules in the licensed states. Must have knowledge of title insurance underwriting standards for each state assigned. Must have the ability to discuss and review proposed requests for coverage to determine potential risks; to suggest and provide adequate language in title commitments policies and endorsements which will protect the company's interest while assisting the agents. Must be able to issue underwriting guidelines in keeping with risk decisions of management and keep management aware of risks undertaken and possible consequences. Microsoft Office proficient. Ability to travel.
