The Customer Insights team is looking for a lead Pega Developer. You will be involved in the design and development of class structures, process flow, authentication, authorization, correspondence, decision rules, declarative rules, validation, agents, customizing portals, reporting, connectors, and services. You will also be designing and developing Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Pega PRPC frameworks. Additionally, you will be involved in design and development of decision strategy, offer flows and campaigns. To be successful you must be able to work well underpressure, be team oriented, have strong verbal, written, & interpersonal communication skills, and effectively collaborate with various Pega development teams, Architects, and Pega LSA.

This position can be located in either Mayfield Village, OH or Colorado Springs, CO.

Experience and skills

· Pega implementation cycle (including PRPC tool, development, testing, and deployment), along withcreating application rules, access groups, operators, rule sets, rule set versions, and workbaskets

· Exposure to Pega decisioning and marketing frameworks

· Extensive use of Clipboard, Tracer and Performance Analyzer (PAL) for troubleshooting and performance tuning of PRPC applications

· Expertise using connectors and services in PRPC to integrate with external systems

· Expertise creating user interface (UI) using flow actions, harness and section rules

· PostgreSQL, SQL Server database

· Agile Scrum methodology

· Pega Cloud experience (preferred)

· Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification strongly desired; CSSA (Certified Senior Systems Architect) and Pega CPDC (Certified Decisioning Consultant) certifications preferred


· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) and 6 years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

· Instead of a degree, 8 years related work experience
