This is a full-time employed position located at our partner hospital in Lakeland Florida. This position will receive backup from the four Pediatric Surgeons based nearby at Nemours Children’s Hospital. The opportunity will exist to participate in research or in our upcoming Pediatric Residency program.
Physician candidates must have completed an ABMS accredited Fellowship program in Pediatric Surgery, be eligible for unrestricted Florida License, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric surgery.

This $275 million project will have 300,000 square feet of stare-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient space including a 47-bed pediatric medical/surgical unit, a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, the area’s largest Level II NICU, and an expanded 22 bed Pediatric Emergency Department.
