We are seeking a BC pediatrician for a pediatric hospitalist position at LMH Health, formerly known as Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence, Kansas.

  • Responsibilities include covering the newborn nursery (which may include low Level-II NICU patients), attending high-risk deliveries as requested, covering the pediatric floor and providing consults in the ED as needed
  • Pediatric hospitalists see patients for six community pediatricians
  • Census between the NBN and pediatric floor averages 6-12 patients
  • Flexible scheduling with pediatricians in the hospital from 8:00am-4:00pm and on call from home
  • Proficiency in circumcisions, intubation and NRP
  • Sub-specialty support is available
