Summary: Glow Networks is the Carrier Services Group of CSS Corp. The PCRF engineerwill support our client’s requirement to provide end-customer Policy Control andRules Function (PCRF) support. This is a regular, full-time opportunity well suited
for a senior level PCRF engineer. You must be thoroughly familiar withSGSN/GGSN interfaces, RADIUS, DIAMETER, IMS as is used intelecommunications networks and, the Cisco PCRF solution.
Education: College degree in the relevant field (ElectricalEngineering, Computer Science,
Telecommunications, etc.) and minimum 2+ year’s field experienceCertifications/Training: OEM training course on Small Cell and DAS Solutions is helpful
5+ year’s with 3G/4G networks, RADIUS, DIAMETER and/or PCRF Experience working on High Available (HA) systems and databases. Experience with IMS environment

Responsibilities: (Described as essential functions of the job):
Develop custom PCRF solutions to support the end-customer’s wireless network Design and optimize these solutions to meet customer requirements Work closely with Cisco PCRF team members to develop the best solution for the end-customer Coordinate with customer’s or vendor’s configuration, and integration teams Support staffing decisions by performing technical interviews on candidates Demonstrate advanced understanding PCRF theory, ability to conceptualize the role of PCRF and IP/PSCin an LTE network Packet Switched Core Networking protocols SGSN, GGSN, GPRS network interfaces, RAN and RNC Highly proficient with Gx, Rx, S11, Gn and Gi interfaces Knowledge of Gx, Policy & Control charging functions, billing Use proficiency with theory and application of IP Networking Fundamentals MPLS, BGP, OSPF, SS7 and SIGTRAN protocols Server virtualization and UNIX / Linux Scripting Ability to analyze suggest improvements to both IP and legacy based networks Must have the ability to mentor and lead small teams of engineers
