Doing a unique search for a Global company that is growing across multiple Industrial business lines. They have us searching for a Director Payroll. This person will own the payroll process for over 200 employees in Houston, mostly hourly employees in the plants. This will be the only PAYROLL person in the company. This person will be joining a close-knit HR team. We will have the opportunity to learn other parts of the HR function. Must have ADP Workforce Now.

This person will own the payroll process for over 200 employees in Houston, mostly hourly employees in the plants. This will be the only PAYROLL person in the company. This person will be joining a close-knit HR team. We will have the opportunity to learn other parts of the HR function. Must have ADP Workforce Now.

Requirements of the Payroll ADP Workforce Now

5+ years of related business experience. Payroll and HRIS. Experience working with payroll processing practices and law in a multi-state environment, payroll taxes, and spreadsheets. Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
