Duties & Responsibilities

•Responsible for providing administrative support for a department, requiring comprehensive skills and knowledge in areas of Office Administration.
•Supervise 2 payroll staff in managing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls in a multi-state, multi-entity organization, with a combination of union, hourly, and salary workforce
•Ensure timely and accuracy of new hires, temporary workers, promotions, transfers, and terminations
•Work as a strong partner to HR and accounting
•Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually on a number of payroll items
•Lives and encourages active, open and honest communication across all hierarchy levels

•Minimum of 12 years of Payroll and Union Payroll Experience
•Must have Union/Trade experience
•ADPVantage and Paycom experience preferred
•Oracle and SAP experience preferred
•Demonstrated experience of resolution of federal, state, and local tax
•Must be Certified Payroll
