Payroll and Benefits Manager (International, Canada)

  • Canada and US payroll and benefits experience is highly preferred!
  • Must be smart and a problem solver.
  • 5+ years strong international HR & benefits experience
  • Canada payroll experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll & benefits administration, recruitment, policy writing and general HR communication to our US staff
  • strong in International payroll, benefits, HRIS and with excellent policy writing skills
  • On - Board Formalities - Complete the joining formalities on joining dates & formalities in insight
  • Induction Preparing schedule and coordinating all induction programs
  • Scoring the feedback assessment
  • Send Weekly Confirmation Report toHR Head File confirmation, Exits, NOC, Deputation, PIP, Warning, Medical letters

Requirements:

  • Canada and US payroll and benefits experience is highly preferred!
  • Must be smart and a problem solver.
  • International payroll, canada payroll exp is highly preferred
  • Paylocity, ADP, Ceridian, or Bluemarble exp is preferred
  • managed multi-state payroll
  • benefits administration
  • ability to learn and be aware of the critical nature of this role with the budget this person manages and executes for the Company.
  • Must have strong experience with payroll, benefits, HRIS and with excellent policy writing skills
  • someone who can tackle benefits more directly at the tactical level by knowing how FSA works, what is allowed and not allowed under ERISA and can logically progress to the next level to Benefits Director within the next 3-5years.
  • Must have solid benefits administration experience and who can think analytically and smartly on all issues ask smart questions and put two and two together
  • 5+ years Benefits design, vendor negotiations and administration experiencerequired; experience/knowledge of international benefits preferred especially Singapore and Canada
  • US Payroll knowledge and experience (multi-state including NY and California) required
  • General office management duties for a small office
  • Problem solver; highly analytical; can think outside of the box to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the forefront is desirable
  • superb attention to detail and administrative skills and experience
  • MUST be strong in payroll, benefits, HRIS and with excellent policy writing skills
  • Strong excel (pivot tables) exp is A+
