This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area.
The successful candidate will collaborate with key Program Leaders, Engineering, Supply Chain and Accounting. Specifically, the selected individual will support the management of cost control/EVMS, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program for Upgrade, Spares and in-country Technical Assistance Programs. This unique position works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support the TA and PMO staff operating in Bahrain and Kuwait through the RAYSEAS subsidiary.
The program is seeking somebody who possesses technical knowledge of program controls, strong problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator.This position requires the ability to work independently, multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently as part of a small core finance team.
This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).
What You Will Do
Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews and other financial reporting activities as required
Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Provide support throughout the life cycle of the program, including Baseline and Closeout
Support preparation of cost CDRLs including Contractor Funding Summary Reports (CFSRs), as required by contract
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years of related work experience
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate27s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
