REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
ò Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and professional practice issues and processes.
ò BS in Nursing
ò Current MA RN licensure.
ò MS in Nursing or related field preferred, or matriculated in a Masters of Nursing Program or related field.
ò Minimum of 7-10 years of clinical nursing experience with three years of progressive management and leadership experience required.
ò Certification in specialty preferred (see specialties identified below).
