We have an urgent need for a Patent Prosecution Associate in our Biotech group in our Boston, Palo Alto, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

• The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience in the following areas:
• Preparation and prosecution of patent applications;
• IP strategy and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Strong scientific background, at the Ph.D. level, in the life sciences.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
• USPTO registration and state bar membership required.
