Responsibilities

  • Issuer Relationship Management - Assist in the relationship management of Domestic US and International Financial Services Issuers (Banks) for Financial Services, along with Management.  Duties involve negotiating, documenting, and onboarding both existing and new bank relationships.
  • Manage Issuer approvals for new Bank products/programs as well as significant product enhancement approvals with each bank:
  • Manage Issuer program approvals.
  • Manage Issuer third party approvals, as required.
  • Participate in, “own,” or manage relations with these third parties.
  • Manage relationship with current card load servicing bank.
  • Manage branded card network relationship:
  • Along with Management, as needed, duties involve negotiating, documenting and onboarding both existing and new network relationships.
  • Participate in incentive contract calculation, analysis, and negotiation with network associations.
  • Business owner of Visa Reward Project and other similar projects.
  • Direct analysis of network costs/InComm preferences. This position will also support projects for improving reporting and analysis on network costs.
  • Learn and study Network Operating Rules.
  • Management of this network relationship involves responsibility for the following networks and includes contract management and renewal, network enabling, and network disabling: PIN Networks PULSE, Star, Money Pass and the PULSE Gateway.
  • Oversee ongoing due diligence and underwriting necessary for Issuers and Networks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers or handle independently as needed to assure InComm Treasury, Compliance, Fraud, Chargeback teams and Reconciliation teams are prepared for new programs.
  • Various other duties and projects as agreed.

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in Financial Services environment
  • Degrees, certifications required or special training:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business requested
  • Additional requirements/qualifications (skills/knowledge required):
  • Knowledge of accounting, finance and financial modeling required.
  • Very strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Highly responsive to internal and external requests
  • Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment
  • Manage and assist with team projects and process improvements
  • Ability to create reports and identify trends
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
