  • Take on Partner Product Managementresponsibilities for specific areas of the partnerportfolioas appropriate, participating as a key member of the Partner Solutions Product Management team, including the following Product Management roles
    • Integrate broad knowledge of product concepts in emerging spaces to develop viewpoints that inform internal development
    • Identify and collaborate with internal and external technology partners to drive concept development.
    • Understand the evolving market, competitive landscape and technology trends and use the information to drive the product strategy.
    • Gather critical data and analyze feedback from customers, sales, marketing, development and support teams.
    • Define the customer jobs to be solved and develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features.
    • Develop roadmaps and prioritize features based on strategy, customer needs and competitive moves.
    • Work with engineering teams and coordinate, drive, monitor and direct the status of development project.
    • Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
    • Understand other products inside and outside the company to identify and drive key integration points
    • Identify key partnership and strategic alliance opportunities in the market that further drive product growth
    • Lead rapid prototyping and piloting of new consumer experiences as part of a highly dynamic, lean, and multi-disciplinary team to validate hypotheses and new product concepts.
  • Lead the planning,design, development and implementation of  end-to-end partner solutions starting from partnerrecruitment to activation to ongoing enablement, support, communication and development, working with cross-functional teams including:
    • Marketing Teams (Product, Regional, Digital)
    • Pricing, Data & Analytics
    • Sales and Sales Operations
    • eBusiness
    • Finance
    • Engineering
  • Develop and drive implementation of partner product roadmaps, based on market, customer and core product priorities, including prioritization of partner opportunities on core product roadmaps
  • Establish metrics, processes, dashboards and tools for monitoring and evaluation of partner success as determined by overall business objectives (bookings, customer acquisition & retention), including regular review and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization


  • BS/BA in computer science, business or related discipline. MBA preferred. Minimum 8years of overall experience
  • At least 4+ years of management experience related to a product management context or equivalent strategy experience at major technology companies
  • High tech or technology industry and product experience. Passion for technology and good understanding of current technologylandscape and issues
  • Good executive presence and leadership skills. Self-starter with a deep passion and motivation to drive growth in existing and new products
  • Ownership and “can do” attitude with the passion to own and drive execution. Proven track record of launching great products working with large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent ability to influence, strong skills in stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize and articulate complex concepts targeted at multiple audiences
  • Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects; Ability to synthesize market and customer insights and synthesize them into compelling user stories and solutions to solve critical customer jobs

  • Well-versed with the product management lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
  • Solid business acumen and analytical ability to guide product to achieve business goals. Ability to perform a range of business analytics ranging from problem/root cause identification to modeling new business economics
  • Experience in consumer software, SaaS, Connected Home, mobile, cloud services, IoT markets and Agile development highly desirable
