Key Responsibilities:
Partner Program Management
- Architect end-to-end partner marketing and communication program that drives global brand awareness, new partner acquisition and retention
- Work closely with the CRO account team to create scalable and repeatable programs to grow our CRO partners’ business with Medrio
- Manage the content strategy and branding of our online partner community, Accelegro, including standards and templates for co-branded marketing materials
- Design and create a partner marketing toolkit to enable our partners to showcase our offerings, brand and joint benefits
- Measure success by reporting on leads generated and revenue growth attributed to partner marketing programs
Partner Ecosystem
- Design and manage how our partner ecosystem is represented across our website and other marketing channels
- Work directly with partners to educate, plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive demand, partner referrals, and excitement among customers
- Create ravings fans by delivering an exceptional customer experience for our key partners
Content Creation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage the process of creating compelling content, including white papers, presentations, digital assets, infographics, and case studies
- Continually test and innovate on ways to reach our desired prospect audience and key target accounts through a variety of channels
- Manage a customer reference pipeline that results in joint success stories that exemplify the delivered business benefit to our common customers
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications to deliver partnership announcements
Relationship Management
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with key partners that yields mutual opportunities and business growth
- Communicate regularly with the Sales and Customer Success teams to share updates on upcoming campaigns, status of current campaigns, and results of completed campaigns
- Take initiative to engage with industry experts, associations, partners and healthcare providers to continually expand knowledge of HIT changes and trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing or business development
- 5+ years B2B experience - Ideally, you’ve directly seen the impact a thriving partner ecosystem can have on a company
- Experience in healthcare technology
- Embrace working as part of a team with a positive, "can do" attitude
- Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
- Experience working with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate those into marketing tactics
