The Partner Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key messaging distribution partners.

These partners include:

  • Google
  • Twilio
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Apple Business Chant
  • LINE
  • Others in development

In this role you will:

  • Achieving a volume of interactions on each Distribution channel
  • Managing joint sales and market development activities with Distribution partners
  • Developing and maintaining sales collateral for sales organization
  • Maintaining relationship with Distribution partners
  • Driving LivePerson agenda with Distribution partners
  • Maintaining current knowledge and knowledge bases on Distribution partner capability
  • Significant travel (twice a month possible)

You should be an expert in:

  • Minimum of five years experience in channel management, technical management or sales management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree
