Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience executing operations for incentive/payment projects.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Administration, quantitative analysis, and operations.
  • Experience leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholder teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing large financial budgets and running channel incentive programs.
  • Experience managing multiple global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive change across all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent business judgment, problem-solving, project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
