The Senior Paid Social Strategist will develop and execute an overall social strategy (across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.) with budgets of $1MM and above, identifying additional channels and ensuring team deliverables exceed client expectations.
? Drive overall paid social strategy and implementation oversight to meet client goals
? Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions
? Mastering, optimizing and defining Jellyfish?s methodologies utilizing third party and internal tools, required to deliver efficient and profitable Paid Social campaigns.
? Produce client-facing reports, studies and presentations including measuring forecasts vs actual and clearly articulating rationale for optimization methodologies throughout campaigns.
? Managing relationships with advertising partners and communicating account strategy, budgets, and performance.
? Pro-actively contribute and support the Head of Social and Social Media Directors with; research, insight and support around datasets that lead to effective cross-channel media strategies and tactics.
? Work with the senior team to identify skills gaps and support personal development plans across the department
? Bachelor?s degree
? 3+ years? experience managing and implementing Paid Social accounts with budgets of $1MM+
? Current/Recent experience working at an ad agency
? Advanced knowledge & experience of using Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager
? An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm
