PACKAGING SANITATION SUPERVISOR

As the Packaging Sanitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the sanitation operations on the 3rd shift. You will supervise the maintaining of sanitation levels, needed to support high quality cheese production in all aspects of the sanitation of the packaging department.

You will be Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Packaging

Your knowledge should be in: Packaging equipment and processes, quality, food safety, sanitation principles, SDS, and health and safety.

Your experience should be in:

• Process management, collective line management, non-line management,
• environmental safety management,
• computer/office systems sanitation principles,
• SDS, and health and safety
• 2 years in dairy production and/or food industry
• 2 years in a management/supervisory role

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science/Chemistry or science related field preferred
