Our client is a nationwide leader in their industry, providing an array of managed solutions and office services to businesses across many markets. Recent strategic growth has created the need for a Business Development Manager.

Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Florida (Remote)

  • Develop Sales Strategy w/ Sr Management
  • Stratify targeted accounts by agreed to segments
  • Solidify individual strategy for key accounts
  • Assess required resources to exceed goals and objectives
  • Establish relationships with existing client base through local presence
  • Establish New Client Base
  • Participate in industry associations
  • Capitalize on personal book of business and current contact
  • Selling All Product Lines (records, medical summarization & reporting)
  • Master comprehension of all product lines and standardization of offerings
  • Understand pricing proforma model to ensure profitable pricing
  • Provide competitive analysis to ensure best possible strategy in place
  • Assess benefit/requirement for product in assigned markets
  • Ensure proper client setup (pricing, payment terms, billing information, etc.) 


  • Minimum 3years of business to business salesexperience or experience as a Paralegal
  • Success in attracting new business
  • Active involvement in industry associations
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesexperience with litigation and discovery support services
  • Experience selling to the legal industry



  • College Degree is preferred; minimum Associates degree or equivalent experience
