We are currently seeking a sales representative in Houston, TX that would feel comfortable in an outside sales role targeting senior level executives and business owners. This is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. As an outside sales representative, you will be targeting Business Owners, CFOs, CEOs, and other high level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment, with a proposal in the $100K-$500K range this position is not for you. About Our Client Cadence Insurance Agency is an independently owned risk management consulting and commercial insurance firm. Cadence focuses on, but not limited to, the following industries & specialty lines:

Requirements:

We prefer sales representatives with at least 5years of outside salesexperience. College degreerequired.

Salary/Benefits:

Starting salary is up to $80K plus commissions. We prefer outside sales representatives that would like to make $250k, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success you cannot be afraid of prospecting to executive levels that may not have ever heard of our firm. As a professional sales organization, we offer a complete benefits package to our team including medical, life, disability, 401(k), dental, car allowance, expense and educational allowance and more.

Training:

Cadence Agency’s training program is designed for an advanced sales professional who does not necessarily have industry experience. Cadence invests in their sales representatives by pairing them with a mentor who is a top producer. You will also receive best in class training developed by a large company that partners with us on risk.
