As an independent contractor, you sell business-to-business our custom-branded publication that serves as a lead-generation marketing and branding tool. Tier-one buyers include real estate-related businesses, title companies, escrow companies, home developers, financial institutions, realtor associations/boards, individual realtors, mortgage brokers, and other companies interested in a lead-generation tool and/or a branded resource/relocation guide. Other buyers include: economic development entities, universities, executive search firms, chambers of commerce, hospitals, military bases, townships/cities, resorts/hotels, political candidates, non-profits, local utilities, medical centers, big box stores, etc.
