Our Client is a cybersecurity company based on the East Coast, whose mission is to defend businesses around the world against agile and well-financed cyber attackers by providing unparalleled visibility, insight and responsiveness. The company was founded by leaders from Morgan Stanley, Thomson Reuters, the NSA, the FBI, Unit 8200 and GCHQ to protect the global economy from the increased risk of cyber attack and give private sector organizations the same level of cybersecurity defense capabilities that the best-protected institutions enjoy. They provide Advanced Threat Intelligence, Managed Security Services, and Professional Services.

This client is in a full blown expansion mode - Need to hire 4 outside sales people in the following territories immediately:

Mid-Atlantic/SE Region - WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, DC, MD, DE,

Northwest Region - WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, ND,SD, NE, KS, AK,

Southwest Region - UT, AZ, CO, NM,

Tri-State/New England - PA, NJ, NY, VT, NH, CT, MA, ME,

The company would like to see candidates from companies such as; Secureworks, Trustwave, Arctic Wolf or if you worked with a MSSP's so people from Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, or any next generation antivirus companies.

Position Overview:

Calling on higher mid-market Enterprise accounts. They do best of breed technology so they are bringing in other technologies and offering it as a bundle with their own. The technology they are using is Splunk so the minimum users you would sell to is 200 employees. Selling to CISO's.

You will have 1 Business Development Rep to work with you and help you with the clients. They have just hired their first marketing person to help them with Lead Generation. Some travel will be involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue target selling Antivirus Software to higher mid-market Enterprise accounts.
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to prospects, customers and partners.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Establish the company in a new large sales territory
  • Prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities to enterprise-level companies.
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good team player. Support your peers in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success.

Requirements:

  • MUST have a 4yr College Degree with an outside Sales background in security software.
  • Demonstrate a track record of closing new accounts and consistently achieving quota.
  • (3 - 7) years of experience selling security software.
  • Ability to present and communicate with all levels of the customer: Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty
  • Fun to be around, Personable!
  • Must be able to "Hunt" in Existing and Green-Field Accounts and manage a complex sales process.

Base Salary: $120,.00 - DOE

On-Target-Earnings: $240,.00 (At Plan) + it is an MBO so you will have a shared quota of $4 MM with 2 field reps. Plus good benefits.
