Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group seeking a board certified or board eligible Otolaryngologist committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. This practice is well-established and is looking for an additional Provider to join the team. The Saint Alphonsus ENT Clinic promotes collaboration with a team of specialists to include comprehensive rehabilitation serivces.

The ENT practice provides a full range of general pediatric and adult ENT services, allergy, head & neck, full audiology, hearing aid dispensing, speech therapy & voice analysis, video stroboscope, rhinology, and laryngology services.

Support:

Join a high volume, varied surgical practice with an experienced ENT physician, two advanced practice providers, and audiologist. The program has recently expanded into a new state of the art office with ENT/Hearing & Balance Center.


Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Board certification in Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology or American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology - or obtain certification within 3 years.
  • Otology/Neurotology Fellowship trained. (preferred)
  • Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Boise/Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
