Location: Onalaska, WI (Building B)
Position Type: New!
Compensation: $65,000 - 100,000 annually
Purpose & Summary: As the Outbound Sales Manager at Dynamic, you will lead downstream sales for the Recycling & Material Recovery Division to domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing downstream market strategies, discovering high value partners, determining pricing structures & terms, negotiating contracts, providing customer service, and direct sales of e-scrap, ferrous & non-ferrous metals, plastics, glass and other materials generated by operations and through material trading with partners. In this role you will develop and implement outbound quality review programs to ensure shipped materials meet customer specifications. Hire, develop, and mentor your outbound team and create a culture of success and goal achievement. In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve and manage margin as well as anticipate and react quickly to trends and changes.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in a business field along with at least five years of sales management experience and one year of commodity buy/sell experience. We will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
