BoomTown is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our Sales Team to provide an amazing sales experience and drive new business. We are looking for a Sales Executive with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals selling SaaS-based software into the SMB market.

Position Details:

  • You will be responsible for generating and advancing opportunities through the entire sales cycle utilizing a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • You will deliver high impact product and sales presentations to effectively communicate the advanced functionality of BoomTown's products, services and overall value proposition.
  • You'll be working with top performing real estate agents and brokerages directly – via phone, email, and in person – helping them adopt BoomTown's full-service lead generation and CRM software and services.
  • You will utilize a solution selling methodology to drive these prospects through a high-velocity sales cycle.
  • You will manage all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle, final negotiations of terms, and close.


  • Minimum 3 years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience.
  • Track record of 100% + quota attainment.
  • You embrace a consultative, solution-oriented approach to selling, ensuring your clients receive value and are ultimately successful.
  • You have experience managing and closing both transactional as well as complex sales.
  • You have sold licenses/subscriptions to the SMB market with demonstrated ownership of territory management.
  • You have experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • You possess stellar interpersonal and communication skills. You have the ability to understand and demonstrate complex software and clearly communicate the key messages and value.

  • You are willing to travel up to 10%.

We'd be really impressed if:

  • You have previous Sale Methodology certifications.
  • You have Real Estate industry experience or knowledge.
