As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on the US Air Force. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce change management deliverables that drive stakeholders towards adoption and culture change. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your experience with organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can develop change strategies to facilitate the process. -7+ years of experience with organizational transformation, strategic communications, or enterprise change management
-Experience with leading teams
-Knowledge of change management principles and project management
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
