Organizational Development Manager - $100-120K + Bonus Industrial Products Manufacturing - Is responsible for new team member orientation and onboarding strategy for team members and leaders. The OD Manager is responsible for providing clear direction to align team to broader organizational goals. The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading the talent and performance management of reporting staff, while identifying and developing high-potential individuals who can fill the succession planning needs of the company in the future. The OD Manager is responsible for supporting the commercialization of new products and services by developing and providing relevant training for those new offerings.
Bachelors degreerequired, MS/MBA a plus. Experiencerequired working in an industrial manufacturing facility with 800 plus employees. Relevant work experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or related field. Experience within a matrix organization and complex work environment. Requires 5+ years of experience leading teams and individuals to high performance. Need strong manufacturing experience with generalist background ALONG with the OD and Training experience.
