    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
    As an Organizational Design Consultant, you will be responsible for leading business transformations and capability building in the context of the overall project and continuous improvement effort. You will strive to make meaningful, hands-on contributions and engage with the client to introduce new frameworks, tools, or ways of using existing material to create organizational design plans.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

    • Design effective organizational design strategies, processes, change initiatives and learning programs
    • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans, and work with communication, training, HR and functional experts in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation
    • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of organizational changes
    • Mentor clients, work on projects as an individual contributor and lead teams of consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery
    • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and actionable manner

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Design preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years of organizational development and change management experience, including the development and implementation of large scale organizational design initiatives
    • Experience leading business transformations and/or leadership projects, including the ability to develop an actionable and targeted leadership plan, communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan and training plan
    • A solid understanding of the principles of change management, performance metrics and performance diagnostics with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations
    • Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels, and the ability to develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of change and the groups impacted
    • Ability to identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance with the ability to develop specific plans to mitigate risk and/or address concerns
    • Exceptional people skills and the ability to engage all levels of the organization
    • An understanding of the principles of change management, performance metrics and performance diagnostics
