The Organizational Change Management Senior has an extensive knowledge of facilitating organizational change efforts, the ability to analyze and understand process impacts on people to make recommendations that meet the organizational goals of creating and sustaining change. Provide support to the facility leadership and stakeholders being impacted by designing enterprise-wide organizational change management strategies, developing and implementing comprehensive plans, and delivering tools and techniques to escalate speed of change behavior adoption, mitigate resistance and reduce negative consequences for large to complex projects, Joint Ventures and Acquisitions.

Primary responsibilities include developing organizational change management strategies including Champion Team role recommendations and leads significant enterprise-wide impacts and mergers & acquisitions change efforts. Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluates results and presents findings to the project team. Coach the executive sponsors on strategies to mitigate issues and risks. Collaborate with AHS/AIT teams to determine people impacts, and supports these teams to manage resistance and ensure people readiness and manages Change Champions and provide oversight to their responsibilities. Collaborate with executive sponsors to recommend removal of those change champions not performing their responsibilities. Coach executives and leaders at the facility through change effort to ensure project ownership along with visibility, alignment and engagement. Manages the execution and achievement of sustainable performance of the change by champions, executives, leaders and other key stakeholders at the facility through post implementation. Creates metrics to assess change adoption and uses available analytics to ensure reinforcement of changes post go-live to optimize adoption. Lead AIT Internal Project Initiative, activities which promotes OCM within the organization, Organizational Change Management Process Improvement recommendations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Applies AIT structured organizational change methodology, process and tools and supports change management activities.
• Conducts change readiness assessments, evaluates results and presents findings to the project team.
• Develops organizational change management strategies including Champion Team role recommendations and leads significant enterprise-wide impacts and mergers & acquisitions change efforts.
• Partners with Project Managers to integrate organizational change management activities into project schedules and manage and mitigate issues and risks. Coaches the executive sponsor on strategies to mitigate issues and risks.
• Collaborates with AHS teams to determine people impacts, and supports these teams to manage resistance and ensure people readiness.
• Manages Change Champions and provides oversight to their responsibilities. Collaborate with executive sponsors to recommend removal of those change champions not performing their responsibilities.
• Designs and/or supports the implementation of organizational change management plans including but not limited to change impact plan, leadership alignment plan, communication plan, training plan, employee impact and retention plan, stakeholder engagement plan and resistance mitigation plan.
• Coaches executive sponsors on ways to manage identified resistance
• Coaches executives and leaders at the facility through change effort to ensure project ownership along with visibility, alignment and engagement.
• Plans engagement recommendations and employs communication strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitates staff, champion, executive and medium and large group meetings.
• Supports the execution and achievement of sustainable performance of the change by champions, executives, leaders and other key stakeholders at the facility through post implementation.
• Creates metrics to assess change adoption and uses available analytics to ensure reinforcement of changes post go-live to optimize adoption.
• Consult, coach, and support the project team through implementation, activation, go-live through post-live transition.
• Leads AIT Internal Project Initiatives.
• Leads activities which promotes OCM within the organization.
• Leads Organizational Change Management Process Improvement recommendations.
• Mentors Associate and Intermediate OCM positions

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Microsoft Suite of Applications knowledge
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Extensive knowledge of facilitating organizational change efforts
• Ability to analyze and understand process impacts on people to make recommendations that meet the organizational goals of creating and sustaining change.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• B.A., B.S. in a field of study such as communication, social sciences, business, technology or healthcare related area
• 6-9 years large scale organizational change management experience
